Process circles are divided in stages. Stages are partitioned in
single worksteps. The last stage of a subcircle is always the developing
and evaluation of the process flow chart itself. The last work step
of a stage is the quality assurance. Work steps itself contain a
wide range of tools and work plans which guarantee a fluent work
flow possible and which are the garuantee for the flexibility and
indiviuallity of our administration processes. If processes are
changed, the documentation is changed respectively. Our process
