Mrs. Janice Zhao, born in 1972, studied English language
at the Sichuan Foreign Languages University. As Assistant to the
Deputy General Manager she had been working at the Sichuan and later
as Purchasing Coordinator at the Tianjin Joint Venture of a German
food company. Since beginning of 1998, Janice Zhao is working in
the executive search industry. She made substantial contributions
to the setting up and the successful implementation of executive
search assignments of the Shanghai Office Dr. Berndt & Partner GmbH
Consultants. She worked in basic research, candidate identification
and coordinated the executive search assignments. Within three years
she gained deep knowledge in all related questions of executive
search and a high proficiency in search.
With the establishment of Huebner Management Consulting Shanghai
Co., Ltd., Janice Zhao coordinates the executive search assignments
and implements own search projects. Based on her rich experiences
she carries out many candidate interviews. In February 2001 Janice
Zhao successfully and for the first time independently presented
her candidates to a client and developed the project up to the signature
of a labor contract.
