According to our experience reference check of candidates is a key factor for the success of placements in China. We conduct intensive interviews with candidates which last in average over two hours. However, reference checks complement our own impression and provide in China often new findings and facts. The reference check of candidates in China takes a high time consumption and is for itself often a small search project to find the former superiors of candidates. These efforts pay off.
