For customized filling of positions it is necessary to have a detailed briefing of every position. The better we know about the requirements of the position, its periphery and the targets of the decision makers, the better we can fill the position. Only after the briefing discussion about the position, we can make an offer.

We work for a clear predefined consulting fee. The first payment is due when we are assigned. The first payment on assignment is necessary because we have costs directly after we become active in searching.

Customized filling means for every position, that a team of different colleagues will work intensively and spend a lot of time on it. Therefore we only work for exclusive assignments.

Travel expenses of our colleagues or candidates to personal interviews, candidate presentations or following discussions will be reimbursed according to former approval by Client Company against receipts.
